What do I wear/bring?
Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows full range of motion. Bring layers as some studios can be a bit cool depending on the day.
If you do not have your own mat or cushion, Integral Yoga Institute has plenty to use/borrow. There is also a small IYI store where you can buy these items.
